What does it cost me?+
Our advisory is free for you. We receive a referral commission from the broker if a purchase closes. You pay us nothing.
Can I pay with crypto (BTC, ETH, USDT)?+
Yes. Direct crypto purchases are possible in the UAE and Bali. In the EU and US we route crypto wealth through regulated OTC desks into fiat — including source-of-funds documentation. See our Crypto page for details.
Which regions do you cover?+
Currently primarily the UAE (Ras Al Khaimah, Dubai), Spain, Portugal, Greece and select spots in Southeast Asia and the US. If we don't cover your region, we'll say so honestly.
Do I have to be on-site?+
No. The whole process from market analysis to closing can be handled remotely — whether you're based in the US, EU or anywhere else.
What about Airbnb regulation?+
It's our most important check. Each region gets a traffic light (green / yellow / red) — and we'll tell you honestly if a market is too uncertain.
How do you pick properties?+
Based on real booking data, price-per-night, occupancy and local demand. Numbers, not glossy brochures.
Is there a minimum budget?+
It starts to make sense from around €100,000 / $110,000. Below that, closing costs, furnishing and management eat too much — and we'll tell you straight.
